So in life we are constantly striving to better ourselves in our families, work, church, and friends. I know I'm the best waitress out there, but some may not agree. So to humble myself and realize ok maybe I'm NOT the best I decided to go straight to the source, you guys. You have all been victoms of horrible service while trying to enjoy a meal with your friends or family. So to get to the point I'm asking for advice, critism or ideas on what I can do or not do to be a better waitress. Like I said always striving to better ourselves and the better I get the more money I can make. :) Thank you for your input. Always greet with your name, keep waters full, be genuinly interested in your guests, and no matter how busy you are, slow down when you actually do visit each table, otherwise they will feel bad asking for anything.

I'm sure you're a great server! John's biggest pet peeve is keeping his drink full and taking the empty glasses! So next time you see some muddy construction worker, just know they are very thirsty, but great tippers. They know what it means to literally "work" for their money!
