I think he spent the first 45 min in the ball area. I had to coax him with other rides to get him to leave. I think he could have stayed in there the entire time and been completely happy. Well until he final left and realized there are other rides!! :)
Poor Aidan wanted to join Ethan so bad in the ball room. Luckily grandma was there to feed him kettle corn and treats.
So here is the Merry-Go-Round that my mom had to fib to get Aidan on. After going around we could tell why they allow only kids 2 and older.
Yup, Aidan was practically jumping off the horse to get to Grandma. Not a big fan of horses that go up and down and around!!
Luckily he didn't fuss too much and he was happy with sitting in this chair!! Needless to say he didn't want to go back on it.
Mom and Ethan enjoying the swing. He loved this ride. When we were waiting for it to start he says "Mom I go by myself". Me not knowing how he would react once it started I told him I have to ride with him on this ride. He did fabulous and loved it. I guess he is good to go "by himself"
This slide was HUGE and I have to admit it had my tummy tickling. Ethan was not too fond of it because it was hot and on the way down he was flopping all over. I couldn't help, but laugh.
So since he has been so persistent on going by himself I let him go on this kid roller coaster. As you can tell by the look on his face he did not like it. I bet he is saying "What in the heck did I get myself into?"
Yea he hated it and I was just waiting for him to burst into tears, but he didn't. He just kept looking at Vance and I like "Get me Off of here"
Even being off the ride he is still in shock. I asked him "Did you like that Ethan?" He shook his head rapidly saying "NO"
So we headed over to the Four Wheelers and this I think was his favorite ride. He is giving me the thumbs up of approval. When he was going around he would wave at Vance and I and say "Hi mom, Hi dad" Very cute!!!

Meanwhile Aidan had to find his own way of entertaining himself. Grandpa bought him a blow up hammer. That defiantly helped with entertaining him.

Pushing the stroller is always a nice way of being entertained. Luckily the fair was not overly crowded yet so he had plenty of room to run and did not have to worry about running into people.

This is the canoe ride and is the other ride Aidan was allowed to go on without any fibbing. Anyway one time around for 6 tickets each!!!! Yea that was a rip off. Of course Aidan wanted to keep going and going.

Aidan was holding onto these gates and I got yelled at by the ride boss because "He might tip them over" What? An 18 month old is strong enough to tip that over? Ok!! What a silly man.

I'm guessing by the look on Ethan's face he was not in love with the Bears!!! Tonight we were looking at all the pictures and he said "I don't like that ride!" Ok.

We were finished and decided it was time for lunch. Here is Vance and my mom!!

Grandpa told Ethan he would buy him a hammer after he rode the rides. Here they are with their toys. YEAH!!!

Vance will be mad I put this picture up, but I think it's funny. The look on his face cracks me up. I think he is tired.

Here is "Two bite Mator" He usually only takes two bites of his food and is done!! Drives us crazy.

Aidan and Grandpa Chard were over looking at "Capital Lake" and throwing rocks in the water.

While my mom and I walked through all the shops Vance kept this shade spot occupied. Ethan is kind of burnt out I think.

Aidan hanging out with his daddy.

Finally the result of a long fun day at the Fair!!!
