This year Ethan chose to be a pirate for Halloween and when I heard about this I was quite excited because I'm sick of doing all the super hero stuff. I'm sure I'll be doing them again down the road, but it was nice to take a brake from it all. Of course it's Monkey See Monkey Do, Aidan was right there wanting to be a pirate as well. Here are my Halloween pictures of my little pirates. I think they are rather adorable if you ask me.

The afternoon before Halloween we went over to my dad's office and showed off the boys. Man this office was impressive. They take Halloween very serious. It was fun to show the boys all the decorations.
After visiting my dad I met my mom and grandparents down at the Farmer's Market. Yes the tradition is still going, when someone visits we go to Farmer's Market and get Crab Cake Eggs Benedict. Problem now is Ethan wants one ALL to himself.

A guy at the Market just loved the boys and their costumes. He took their pictures and gave them this "Gold". They loved it!!
A little dancing at the Market
I'm sure he shooting something.
Later that night I had to work so Vance took the boys to our church for the Trunk or Treat.
The boys were tired and took a nap after dropping me off at work.
They are ready for some trunk or treating.
They had fun trunk or treating. Vance only did one loop and was done.
On Halloween day we went to the Outback for lunch because the kids ate free. After that we hopped over to the mall to go trick or treating there. Well apparently the trick or treating didn't start till 3:00 p.m. and we were there at 2:45. We didn't know this and there were no signs saying otherwise. So we went right into the first store and got some candy. This did not go over well with a lady. She was huffing and puffing saying stuff like "Um it doesn't even start till 3" I was like ok. First of all it's 15 min till second like my kids are going to take all the candy. I just laughed at her and walked on. Oops. :)
After 10 stores the kids were done. They figured it was enough candy. Plus Aidan was practically falling asleep on the floor.
So we went home.
I figured after the trunk or treat and the mall we were done with Halloween. Yeah right!! That night turned out to be so nice we just couldn't pass it up. So the entire family went trick or treating HODO style. Hog trick or treating. It was fun to have ALL 4 of us on the Motorcycle. We went to a few places in our neighborhood and only 3 houses had candy. Others turned the light off before we got to the door or just didn't have any. Now we know our neighborhood is not the place to go. :)
We did go to my friends house, Amanda Handy's, and saw their family. Here is her littlest one Lucas. He is such a cutie and Ethan is just in love with him.
We had a fun Halloween and the boys did as well.
