Sites from the Road Trip

There are pro's to driving 850 miles!! The beautiful scenes on the way. From Washington all the way to Utah we get to look at some amazing things. Everything from miles of Evergreens in Washington, driving in the Gorge along the Columbia River, seeing all the Tree farms in Oregan, going through the Blue Mountains just before La Grande in Oregan, arrive in Idaho to nothing but flat roads ahead, and finally seeing the unbelievable mountains in Utah. Here are a few shots of these scenes.

Here are the cool Tree farms in Oregon. They go for MILES!!! While you drive along them if you look through them you can see how perfectly lined up they are. You can see clear to the end of the farm. It is so cool to see.

A closer look at the tree farms.

The amazing site along the Columbia River. It's called the Gorge and it is forever long.

Here is the Damn in the Columbia River.

You can't get the full affect here, but we are about 40 miles away from Olympia and the snowflakes were golfball size. So not only do we get see everytype of landscape and scenery, but we get to drive through every kind of weather. We experienced sunshine, mist rain, down poor rain, wind, and yes the best of all SNOW!!! I think we brought the snow from Utah all the way to olympia Anywho it's always an adventure driving that far.
