We packed up the kids and the car to head for an adventure at the Beach. It takes almost 2 hours to get to the beach here. So we headed out and got to Westport, WA. at about 12:30. The sun was shining and it was 65 degrees. Not too bad of weather.
Ethan finally got into the kite and took a turn. He did pretty good. The wind was blowing so much that it was pretty hard to hold onto the kite.
Despite the wind Ethan is able to hang on.
I wrote this for Ethan and after he says "Mom is says Ethan Vance Hodo" I thought that was pretty cute. Here he is giving some pretty cheesy grins once again.
Aidan decided he was done with the wind and so was Vance. WUSSY!!!
After the beach we headed to the fisherman's marina and walked to the rocks. I have to say I'm a bit freaked out by the crashing waves and the rocks. We climbed up here with the boys and I was freaking out a bit. I just think water is so powerful!!!!
The boys hanging on the rocks.
Proof I was on the rocks as well and maybe a nice family picture!! hehe
I was way too scared to take the boys down with me so Vance grabbed and hung on tight. I love how Aidan is just hanging there.
A pretty interesting picture. We stopped to get an OVERPRICED hamburger and saw this dog sitting in the front seat of this car. We couldn't resist to take a picture. It cracks me up.
