This beautiful looking dessert is called "Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake." I have fallen completely in love with it. When Vance and I stayed in Seattle we discovered it when we ate at the Cheesecake Factory. Oh my GOODNESS!!! This Cheesecake is to die for!! So it had been a couple of weeks or so since our last indulgence of this magnificent delicacy. We decided to head up to Tukwila, which is about 45 min away, to get some Cheesecake. I called ahead and they said it will be here when we got there. Oh, but it won't be ready for 2 hours to eat??? What? When we arrived they said the same thing, "The Cheesecake will not be ready for 2 hours." We had to drive the entire way home and when we got home we had to wait for it to be ready to eat. I was going insane, but it was wonderful when it was ready. I urge you all to indulge yourselves in this fine tasting dessert.

I think you need to bring some of that back to Utah. When you come. I am curious why did you have to wait for two hours?

The Cheesecake Factory is so very very good. I could eat there every day, for every meal and never get sick of the food and especially not the cheesecake. I don't think I have ever tasted that kind before but I will put it on my "to try" list. Who am I kidding I am going to try them all!
