Holy cow what a slacker!! It's been exactly one month since we went to the beach and I'm finally getting the pictures up here. Oops I'll try harder to stay on top of things.
Anyway so a month ago in May we headed to the beach because it was going to be nice. The kids love the beach. Even though it's usually cooler and quite a bit windier than at home we still seam to find plenty of fun at the beach.
The kids dove right into playing in the sand
I think it was last year we came to the beach and I had taken a picture of the boys like this. They remembered it because they put themselves like this and said for me to take their picture. It amazes me what kids remember.
We cooked some lunch on the bbq and then headed for the water

If I let Ethan he would be half way in the water by now. The only reason I didn't was because I didn't want to have to chase him if he got stuck.

Blew up their beach balls and they flew all the way back to the soft sand. So the kids decided to fall down the hills with the balls.

I couldn't handle tripping on all the crap around us. So I gather some up and this was my collection. People suck!!

Can't go anywhere without an adventure!! Aidan decided to let the kite go. If you look really close you can see Vance in his orange jacket way out there going for the kite. You can see the kite way out there more towards the building. Ethan was crying because the kite was gone and dad was running away. Drama!!! Yes, Vance saved the day and got the kite. Aidan is no longer allowed to hold the kite!!!
We stayed for quite a few hours and had a blast. We will be doing this more often.
