I took a drawing class this quarter and I have admit I have a blast in it.  It was Tuesday and Thursday class for 3 hours each day.  That time usually flew by.  I hadn't taken a drawing class since high school.  I learned a lot of new techniques and concepts of how to draw.

This is my #1 favorite drawing for this quarter.  It was a lot of fun to draw and everything just flew together.

This drawing is one of my least favorite.   First of all faces are always hard to draw and I've got the proportions all wrong.  This is one of the hard parts of things being due at a certain.  I didn't have time to start over or even attempt to fix it.

This drawing was fun and is actually drawn from an actual artist.  We were to copy it, meaning trying to draw it exactly how the artist did.

This is the nude lady that actually came in and posed for our class.  It was a very interesting day, but for a nude drawing it wasn't AS bad as I thought it was going to be.

Charcoal is always fun!!

Water color and sharpie.  Learning to use different shades of black.  Add sharpie to contour lines

Skeleton.  It's an alright drawing

We had to look at the full body skeleton and decide on one particular bone.  Focus on that bone and blow it up, then draw it.  I had fun with this as well.

My first drawing of the quarter.  Self portrait!

Last drawing of the quarter.  I chose Ethan on the jungle gym.  This was fun, but time consuming.

I'm sad my drawing class is over.

I love how you are taking a class and still learning! Awesome! My favorites are Ethan and the girl on the lawn chair.
