The last couple of days the Coomes were in town we just hung out and enjoyed each others company.
The kids loved having Teri read to them. If you can figure out why Ethan has that nasty look on his face please let me know. It cracks me up every time I look at it.

At work I caught 5 salamanders and brought them home for everyone to enjoy.

Ethan and Aidan tend to be a little more rough, but these guys can handle it.
I think these things are the grossest things ever.
My boys just let them crawl all over them.
A couple of neighbor kids informed our kids that these things were poisonous and they were going to die. Ok a little dramatic I think, but I did do some research and apparently they are poisonous!!! If you you eat them!! Just make sure your kids wash their hands and they'll be ok. We did just that and let them go so we don't have to worry about my kids eating them. Trust me they just might.

Katie was a little nervous, but let the little guy on her hand. Gracie on the other hand wanted NOTHING to with them. It was quite humorous.
While the kids played with salamanders we built another fire and got ready to roast some more smores.
Where we usually sit was still pretty hot. So here are the guys moving the pit to the side of the house.

The next morning they packed up and headed out. It was so much fun having them all here. The kids loved having their cousins to play with. They also loved having their aunt and uncle. Vance and I enjoyed their company as well. Thanks again for coming Teri and Daniel. You guys are always welcome back ANYTIME!!!
