From morning till evening Ethan and Aidan are NON stop. GO GO GO all the time. If it's not Mud, it's water, if it's not clean it will be dirty, if it's new it will get USED!!
"Aidan stay off the counter, Aidan not in the living room, Aidan don't say shut up, Aidan don't beat up Ethan, Aidan sit down and relax!! Aidan? I love you!!"
"Ethan No you can't play with ANYTHING sharp, long, poky, or with fire!! Ethan you are not in charge of Aidan, Ethan No you can't play Halo, Ethan do you hear me? Ethan do you understand what I am saying? Ethan are you listening? Ethan? I love you"
Oh my goodness, most days are good and fly by with all the running around the yard we do, but days like today I'm convinced I'm done having children. Don't you ever feel like all you do is YELL at your kids? Well I sure felt this way today. My heavens it didn't matter if I hung a forty pound bag of chocolate in front of their noses they still weren't going to listen. I think I yelled "Get out of my Garden" a million times. So to get past today I remembered I had pictures on my camera still. This brought happiness and joy back into my heart.
I remember taking these pictures that day. The boys were so good and it was fun being around them. :)
Maybe it's because the cuteness of the muscle Spiderman costume and how small it's becoming on my big 4 year old.
Or the cute little bum shots with little wedgies.

I love the happiness they express when they learn new tricks
The look of "Hmm I wonder why mom is on the ground?"
That look of "you will never know what is on my mind"
Aidan can be such a relaxed laid back little guy and than all of a sudden snap into a terror on the loose.
I love my boys so much and days like this day makes it all worth it. Just hanging out together and having a good time. Tomorrow will be better.

Tomorrow is always better! :) They are darling boys and too soon they will be teenagers and you will wonder how in the world that happened - I speak from experience. :) You are a GREAT mom for realizing this WAY sooner than I ever did - those boys are so lucky to have you.
My boys are always on the go too! How do we do it?
It helps that they're so darn cute. Make sure you watch them for a bit while they're sleeping tonight--that always helps me forget how naughty they've been all day :)
All I can say is 'Amen' and yep, tomorrow is a new day! You are an awesome mom!
